Specifications : Warranty The manufacturer shall furnish a one year warranty for the thermal lining system, starting from the date of the Owner's acceptance of the work. The warranty shall cover replacement of all defective materials found within the term of the warranty. The contractor shall furnish a one year warranty starting from the date of the Owner's acceptance of the work. The warranty shall cover replacement of all materials or workmanship found to be defective during the term of the warranty. Both warranties are limited to replacement of defective materials and workmanship and specifically exclude repairs, replacement and corrective work to the substrate, structure and/or property. This warranty excludes mechanical damage due to abuse or neglect, causes of nature and/or structural failure. The Owner must verify suitability of the substrate to receive the thermal lining system. |
