For new live fire training structures:
- Do you have land for your project?- Do you have an architect/engineer involved? - Have you secured funding for your project?- What type of structure are you looking to build with what features and how many burn rooms?- How much training to you plan to undertake?- Are you planning to undertake Class A training or a combination of Class A/gas props?

For existing training structures which are being considered for remodeling:
- What type of structure do you currently have?- How old is the structure?Does it have any time of thermal lining protection? - If so what type of lining is it?- Have you experienced any problems with the lining system?- Are you doing any type of training in your current burn building?- Do you have any drawings/plans of the structure you would be willing to share with HTL?- Have you had a structural survey undertaken?
